Shelby is an exceptionally loving and affectionate girl that sadly ended up at the shelter after her previous owner passed away. When we saw her picture it was love at first sight, and she became a part of our rescue. We have been head over heels since! Shelby is a very intelligent girl that enjoys activities and playing with her friends. She is very well behaved indoors, but enjoys going for adventures and even playing outside in the yard. Her favorite game is fetch and retrieve, and she enjoys frisbees, too! She'd be great for someone active who enjoys going on hikes, walks, etc., and having a good buddy at his/her side. She also loves to come in and curl up on a soft bed in her favorite spot. She's great with other males, but not so good with females, so she'd need to have a buddy that's a male (which she'd LOVE). She also will need a fenced yard so that she can enjoy playtime. Shelby is very much the socialite and loves to meet people! She is very gentle, playful, and happy. She always welcomes new people into her life and is as joyful as they come. We can't begin to express how darling she is and how much we love her. We know if you meet her you'll feel the same way!
